About the class
Have you ever wanted to have a go on the potters wheel? To shape the earth as it spins, using your hands and will power to create anything you can imagine?
Well, start your journey with a Pottery Wheel Experience workshop!
Join a group of 3 other intrepid clay adventurers as you learn the basics of getting to grips with the wheel and have the chance to feel the earth beneath your fingers in a way you never have before.
You’ll have the full support of your experienced pottery teacher during the session and should leave having made a pot or two.
Guildford Pottery elves will then fire and glaze your pieces, ready for collection approximately 4 weeks after your workshop.

Pottery Wheel Workshop
Are you ready to tickle your fingers and flex the creative side of your brain? Then come and join us for our all encompassing pottery wheel and hand building with clay workshop! On Saturday X of May, 10am - 3pm (including an hour for you to grab lunch), you will be taught the skills of using the potters wheel and then after your lunch break, you will get taught the secrets of working with clay by hand. You will be able to make up to two pieces on the wheel and one piece by hand. We will then
